Pocket-Tactics: Mutanoid Doom-Cult
Drawn to worlds ordered by natural law, the ultra-mutable Chaos Dragon swims and curls through realities resistant to its change, feeding on the scintillating bursts of metamorphic non-conformity.
Though some would worship it, the Chaos Dragon swims on, uncaring or even unaware of those who would follow its path of violent change. From the darkness of the Outer Realities came the Bedlam Triumvirate, drawn by the cacophony of unanswered supplication. Lesser than the Chaos Dragon, and with many lesser gods beneath each of them, they answered prayers with mutagenic gifts born from the Dragon’s inexhaustible power….
TACTICS: The Mutanoids force combat in the tight and labyrinthine corridors of their cult-dungeons, drawing strange and dynamic powers from totemic monuments devoted to their unfathomable chaos-gods..
Pocket-Tactics is a fast-paced, modular strategy boardgame in which fantasy forces battle for control of a randomly generated hex map. We first introduced Pocket-Tactics as a 3D print-and-play game back in 2012. It's had lots of iterations in the years since and this is the commercial version.
The set features ONE faction: Mutanoid Doom-Cult, including:
6 unique fantasy miniature STLs
hex terrain tiles
rules PDF with printable stat cards
The miniatures on round bases are 15mm scale, but we’ve included enlarged standard (30mm) scale versions as well (with corresponding tiles) for players who would like a “Table-Tactics” experience. These larger models would also be great for any tabletop RPG or wargame!The 15mm designs are optimized to print on home FDM machines without need for supports. They also print beautifully in resin. Keep in mind that because of the 15mm optimization, the need for supports on the 30mm versions may vary.
